I got this domain for 6 years. what you think its value.
thank you all
thank you all

So try to sell it to themThere is a macloader program that is not made by apple and has no trademark. and they write on the bottom
"Copyright ยฉ 2010-2015 Britton Mobile Development. All Rights Reserved. Apple, App Store, and iPad are trademarks of Apple, Inc."
Doesn't matter, copyright/trademarks are not limited to exact matches. Search the UDRP cases and you will see names taken by corps that were similar. Although, that doesn't mean yours will be a problem, as it's not their exact name. but it could be given the word "loader" kinda ties it to them in some way.Macloader is not equal to "macbook", "macbooks","macbookpro".
Not 100% sure what you mean, but large corps don't buy trademarked domain names, they just take them via UDRP, often + huge expense charges to the respondent (you).this names are the manes of actual Trademarks and many Patents. And I am sure that they try to buy this names from Owner A that own the domains first; and I bet A asked for a amount that would pay for Apple's lawyers.
Doesn't matter. If a large corp files a complaint they usually win, not always but usually. It's about brand protection more than anything and the courts often see it in their favour. There are many trade marks that start with MAC. so why if Macloader isn't going to make computers that looks like Apple and if a user is not going to gain from Apple success would this be a Copyright infringement?
