This is worth somewhere between Lawsuit and $0. Full Tilt Poker has around $2bn of liquid cash at their disposal at most recent estimates. You can give it a try, though...

I don't think TM's would be a massive issue with this one. I think you would be alright developing a poker site but to be safe do not promote full tilt. However, the domain value is still $0. full poker means nothing.
