*I am going to tell you all the names since I am not in negotiations and I'll just edit it out once this thread dies or if it is a problem*
I own the abbreviation to Fox Latin American Channels as flac.io, they own the flac.com but they do not own flac.net. Flac.com doesn't even have the website and Fox Latin America Channels it is under Fox International.com.
I also own flacstream.com and flacstreams.com and the .io.
But I brought FLAC thinking of the music files and I am looking for buyers of these names.
Should I contact them and tell them I own their name or they obviously do not care about the name because they let someone else hold the .net?
Can you be sued for owning an abbreviation to a trademarked company?
