Foreign telecom without US trademark, should I be worried?

I own the .com domain of a small latin american cellular telecom company. Their name is not trademarked in the United States, but they are owned in majority (60%) by a medium sized US/global telecom.
Should I be worried about this, or am I in the clear because they do not have a US trademark and I am in the USA?

Thanks

After doing an exhaustive trademark search? Searching the USPTO is not
always sufficient.

The other party in question might have a trademark in another country and
use the UDRP if they want to. Or that country might have a domain-specific
law, and the party can try to enforce it under any existing agreement between
their country and the US.

I realize the latter part's bordering on the imagination. But...more impossible
things nowadays are becoming possible every single day. ;)

What else besides USPTO would apply to US trademarks?

That would be any Mark that was used in Trade.

You might have a problem, might not. You have no way of knowing if they have a trademark in the US. It is no doubt trademarked in their own country though, so they have a legitimate interest in the name. Do you? Why did you register it?

The company could have attained common law TM status. Plus, the US does recognoze other countries TMs.

Short, to the point, and correct.
