domain Help, had an offer!

Just got an offer of 3xx for

Flaglist*com

It appears that the .net, .org and .info have been regged by the same person yet only hold the same parked page.

Could do with some valuation assistance!

I assuming the offer came from that same person? If so it looks like he/she has plans & the last part of the puzzle is the .com Do you know any background on the offer source as it would play a great deal into what a counter offer would be.

I've tried to find out some more information but all the whois details are secure.
The offer has come from south korea.
I know what you mean about it possibly being the last part of the jigsaw.....

Any other thoughts greatly appreciated
