domain Had an offer - advice needed

I have had an offer for my domain NEATHOST.COM, the offer comes from the .net owner so help would be appreciated.

When I first regged the domain I put it up for resale on an auction site with a minimum offer of $150, and that is the offer I received. However I have recently spent some time on the domain and think I should expect more for it because of that.

he means if the domain was hand regged, $150 is a good sale.

A very nice name, and excellent for trouble free Hosting site.. value of around mid to high $xxx definitely for this since you are selling it to an end user

Personally I would ask for a lifetime hosting account. To them it's sort of free and to you it's a a good deal long-term.

NeatHost.com - Decent two word domain. I personally don't think the words are that great together. Neat is not usually a word associated with hosting.

I would either take the offer outright, or counter slightly higher.

Approx. Mid $Xxx, IMHO ... negotiate fairly and professionally, and both parties should be good to go! :tu: :imho:
