Help Diagnos my coding issue

In firefox, my site is ok, i think, but in IE its another story, can someone help me with telling me what i need to change, i have contacted the guy who did the coding but figured i would try my luch here also.

some thinks i noticed

1. logo isnt transparent in IE but is in firefox
2. logo thumbnails do not produce larger sized logo when clicked (in IE)

if anyone could view my source and tell me the issue and how to fix it i would appreciate it. the site is skilledgraphics.com

Internet Explorer doesn't support PNG-24 transparency. I didn't look, but this is what I'd expect to find.

ok, well thats a simple fix ill convert to gif, still stumped about the other issues though

That HTML is just unbelievably bad.

Or even just

<img src="images/thumbb.png" alt="Thumb" />
