Help Desk Software?

Our online business is growing rapidly and I want to get a help desk package to make support a lot easier and also take the load off me.

I have people who can sort through it and answer the general questions so I want a system where a person can log in anywhere instead of them going through all my email.

What do you think the best program is and have you used it or had any experiences with it.

I'm currently using intellodesk too and I must say its improving rapidly to be a potential software in time to come.

Most feature rich and very affordable is www.auraclesupport.com
There is also a free version with probably most of what you need.

Needs PHP5, but they can offer a hosted version for a few dollars a month.

Take a look, and you'll be impressed.

i have heard alot of bad things about http://www.intellodesk.com/... so i will recommend sitepanel3.com I am currently running this on my hosting service website and it works great is very reliable, and is cheap....almost to good to beat.

I would say Kayako, but their support is a bit slow.
Other option is Cerberus. They offer one free license.
