because in my PPC earning..the Statement show that I get the credit
it shows "12/05/2005 Affiliate commission 9.98 "
so I don't know what it mean??does it mean I can renew the member by the fee $9.98??or...........??

Someone signed up to Afternic from one of your parked pages - you got paid $9.98 for that...

It means you made $9.98 when someone signed up to be a member through your affiliate link.
That person was charged $19.__
You made 50% in commission, so you get $9.98
You do not owe them money, they are paying you.
