The confidence that we have in the beginning of domaining can cause people to go on buying sprees, regging a load of domains that sound good now but once you have a little more experience you will find embarrassingly bad later. Best to take it easy with regging for the first 12 months. Until then, visit DomainSherpa.com and watch every sherpa (another name for a successful domainer) interview. After 3 -4 months watch them again. Study hard about keywords. Read industry news daily. See what domains are getting the most bids and ask why. Read the weekly sales at DNJournal.com every Thursday or Friday. Look at what people are talking about here on NP, but read with caution because there's a lot of bad advice here.
