i started this site a couple of months ago. i just want to know what do you think about the design..

How to start a nursing agency

I would love to hear from all of you about the sucess tactics/strategies to get more visitors/day.. So i would earn more sales/day.I appreciate all inputs or suggestions you may give..

it optional you could have gone for some much better templates. Look and feel matter to your visitors. if it look good than they you be interested to visit your site .

=Good points=
Simple design,
easy navigation,
haven't seen the design before.
=Points of improvement=
Too many colours from my point of view. I do not think the orange you have for the menu goes too well with the "baby blue" colour throughout the site.
The site does look a bit template-ish. Even though I said I haven't seen it before, it just doesn't have the "unique" feeling to it.
Not meant to be harsh, but your website seems to be more informational to me. It does not have the feeling that you are selling a product, therefore I myself would overlook your site and skip past it.
I feel there is too much to read for the first page. So much black text with the light other colours makes me only just skim read it since I am reviewing. So remove some o your text to make the site more readable to your "average joe" visitor.

Hey, the layout is good but the graphics are too low res and the dithering makes them look unprofessional. Also, I get a warning when I go to the site that says it has been "identified as a know "Phishing" site by WholeSecurity."

Nice template, nice design. Need more resolution on upper right pic. And your 'download now' nav has always been highlighted. Your visitors maybe confused because of that. And it requires username and password.

Your domain is like selling only one product, about starting a nursing agency. But most of your product was for IT or Internet stuff.
