This script is custom coded (database itself is sold by a user at digitalpoint, no idea about data age but i'd say probably recent because of the dates which can be found in the specific nursing home pages)
Allows readers to browse through states and cities in search for nearby nursing homes.
There is also a search functionality to locate them directly.
All pages make use of mod_rewrite for friendly URLs, whether it is the state pages, city pages or the specific nursing home webpage.
Also, every page has a custom title in order to get more juice from the search engines.
Site design is easy to change with header/footer/ads includes.
