Thought I would combine the two.
Firstly, hello again after such a long time. I haven't really had the time to be on here that often, mainly because of GCSE work and the suchlike. Now the Christmas Hols are here so I will have a bit more time to catch up down here.
Secondly, my dad wants me to set up an "intranet" on his work's network. He wants a website that basically lists the documents, I think, I am talking to the person who knows about it later. My dad says that thier network has a "h:" drive and that it is accessable from any computer on the network. I want to know if there is any way of turning this into an intranet? I thought this would be the easier option as I have experience of running a web server on a seperate HDD to my main one, but then again they don't want the files on the internet, they just want to be able to upload them to this h: directory and for them to be accessable VIA the network computers. Any ideas?
Thanks muchly
Tom
