Hey all — Patrick here, longtime domainer. Sharing a tool I built called HeirLoft (https://heirloft.app) because the audience that needs it most is sitting right here.
The problem I built it for
Most of us own logins across 4–8 registrars, payout addresses at multiple marketplaces, crypto wallets at exchanges, and a renewal calendar that lives in our head. If something happens to us tomorrow, our family spends years unwinding it — and watches half the portfolio expire on the way. Every estate planning tool I tried assumes you have stocks and a 401k, not 400 names at Dynadot. So I built one for us.

Read-only inbox scans. End-to-end encrypted. Passwords never stored. Gmail users go through Google Takeout rather than OAuth — it's the privacy-cleaner path and means HeirLoft never touches your live inbox.

What HeirLoft does
- Auto-discovers your online accounts when you connect Outlook or Yahoo, or import a Google Takeout file. Surfaces every registrar, marketplace, exchange, and subscription buried in your inbox.
- Bulk CSV domain import from Dynadot, Namecheap, GoDaddy, Porkbun — drop your full portfolio in at once.
- Crypto wallet and exchange tracking with executor access, including encrypted recovery phrase locations.
- Generates a PDF Handoff Guide — plain-English document your executor can actually follow at 2am on the worst day of their life. Renewals, broker contacts, sale intent per domain.
- Domain expiry alerts and annual review reminders so nothing lapses while you're alive either.
- Successor and beneficiary assignments per asset.
