XGamesRally.com is for sale.
XGames, the leader in extreme Sports has created a new segment for Rally (see WRC Rally, Rally America, etc for details) and added the XGames Rally to their Summer XGames event in California in August of THIS YEAR.
This will be an annual thing and is gearing up for HUGE media support and coverage. This event will be televised Internationally.
The website is already getting hits and its almost ALL type-in traffic augmented by Search traffic. The closer it gets, the bigger the traffic. Then, AFTER the event, the word will be out and the traffic arguably insane.
More people are looking for information at XGamesRally.com than at EXPN.com
It makes sense... everone knows the event as XGamesRally
A word about TM... I spoke with the Producer of the XGamesRally event and got his permission to put up the site and domain. They have NO problem with it as long as you don't use the HYPEN in the name (example: x-games)
Also pointing to the site is XGameRally.com, RallyXGames.com, RallyXGame.com
This is going to be HUGE with massive PPC Rev opportunity. It doesn't matter what the site is making now because I've only driving traffic at this point. Not parked or set up for PPC Rev. THAT will come with the XGamesRally event and for the YEARS that follow.
Tens of Thousands of $$$ potential in either PPC Rev OR if XGames becomes aware enough of the traffic to buy up the domain. (which was why I bought it in the first place).
I have pressing financial obligations that create the need to unload this and some other of my sites to finance a bigger domain deal.
