Personally would be worried about Trademarks with this one since there are existing US trademarks both in the news / media industry for “Cable news network” and another that relates to the healthcare industry.

I’m new to attempting to sell domains but when helping others choose unregged domains in the past, I have typically encouraged them staying as far away from TMs as possible.

My personal / subjective appraisal: $0 because I wouldn’t want to risk it and can’t think of uses for the acronym that aren’t trademarked.

I think nobody is going to buy it ... CNN trademark is too strong internationally, and any other interpretation of "CNN" in this domain name would be pretty large strech of imagination, imo. So my valuation would be 0 for this one.
