my original idea for the use of this domain was to create a patient to patient health support community. Maybe similar to webmd.com. So that is where the chitchat part comes from.

I already made over $10 off of it from it just sitting there with 10 members ha from the Google AdSense. CTR for medical equipment is a lot

I have other projects going on now and i haven't had time to even do much to this project. How much do you think I could get for the domain?

Not bad. Nice and informal and not intimidating as a site name for people to discuss their health concerns. Easy to spell and remember. That said likely low XX.
