domain 2 domains

i created another topic for one of my domains a few days ago but no one replied, so I'll just add it to this one

the two domains that I want to get rid of are
healthchitchat.com
and
mjhq.com

the healthchit chat one was for a patient to patient health support community, but i don't have the time to even really get it started. But those make a lot of money on advertisements alone i hear.
MJHQ stands for Michael Jackson Headquarters and it was a very popular MJ fan site for a while there. The forum has over 2,000 members which happened over a year, but to be honest I cannot even stand most of the mj fans anymore and mj is just boring for me now. But people would make the letters count for anything lol

so do you think these 2 domains are worth anything?

I dont think they're worth anything. I think you might get $10 for mjhq because its an llll.com, but thats it. Health is a good keyword, and "Chit Chat" is popular, but they dont go well together. HealthChat.com would be better, but that's probably taken.

some mj fan was going to buy the domain from me for $100, but i think with the membership and visitors, its worth a bit more than that. Maybe I should just settle with the $100 for domain alone.
