Dear Gene,
A member has submitted the following offer on your domain name.
This offer expires in 7 days.
Domain name: DomainName.com
Offer amount: $75.00
Buyer: domainbuyer
The current prices on your listing are
Asking: make offer
Reserve: 3,200.00
Reserve met: No
Min. offer: 80.00
All prices are in US dollars.
You may accept or counteroffer on the listing page:
http://www.afternic.com/name.php?id=xxxxxxxxx
(You must login to view the seller options.)
You can make a counteroffer by setting or changing your asking price.
All members who have made an offer on your domain will receive an
email notice of your counteroffer.
If you're not sure about accepting this offer, consider accepting
this offer "or best offer." That means setting your reserve price
equal to this offer price so that the reserve will be met. We give
reserve-met listings the best exposure: over 30,000 unique visitors
per day see these "closing soon" listings on our home page and on
parked domains.
You may also send a message to the Buyer in reply to this offer

p.s. As a reminder, here are some key points from the rules of this
exchange:
While Asking and Reserve Prices are optional, a listing will never end
if the seller doesn't set one of these prices. This can be done before
or while a current offer exists for a listing. Neither of these prices
can be changed once an offer has been made that meets or exceeds them.
Offers expire in 7 days if they aren't accepted and don't meet the
reserve price. An initial offer that meets Reserve Price starts a
seven day auction. Auctions are only extended when a bid is received
within the last five minutes. A bid received in the last five minutes
of an auction will cause the auction clock to be set to five minutes.
Successive bids no longer extend a "reserve met" listing for seven days.
Proxy Bidding - With auctions ending around the clock, buyers are not
able to watch the end of all auctions that interest them. All Closing
Soon Auctions use proxy bidding to allow buyers to place their highest
bid in advance. You can raise your proxy bid without changing the current
bid amount. Afternic will automatically place bids for you up to your
proxy bid amount only when required to exceed another member's bid.
IMPORTANT: PROXY BIDDING IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR "LIMITED TIME AUCTIONS".
Regular Afternic listings often sell as a result of negotiations between
one buyer and the seller. Proxy bidding would prevent a buyer from
increasing an offer. Therefore, proxy bidding is not enabled for regular
listings.
