Have anyone calculated what is the returns from domaining per annum?

I am curious, does it do better than stocks , real estate , commodities, etc

I am new to domaining as you can tell. I was wondering if i could do more in annual returns as opposed to traditional forms of investment.

I recently completed my first year in domaining. I started investing in domains last September for the purpose of flipping mainly. Initially invested in 45 domains and managed to sell 7 out of them from a price of $75-699.
My strategy was to learn the domaining in the first year and I never cared about return. I also invest in equity and stocks and earn a decent livelyhood but return in percentage of investment is no where near what I earned here.

Though one of the keys to my sales is I have been active on wordpress websites since 2011 but never invested for the purpose of reselling. Another key is to read a lot of Namepros threads. Its a very experienced community and everything one want to ask has been answered already in many threads, scrolling through those thread will give you a better insights.
