As above, has it expired? What does 'REGISTRAR-LOCK' in this case means? Expired but renewable by registrant?

means it cant be moved from the registrar until the owner or registrar unlocks it, but i think the owner renewed it, if it had expired the domain would not resolve to the website.

At the very least, Registrar-Lock prevents a domain registration transfer from
one registrar to another. What else it does is up to the registrar.

And the domain's renewed based on enom's WHOIS lookup.
