This thread is mainly aimed at domainers on here who have made enough money for them to be financially free in terms of being financially set for life and being in a position that they no longer have to work 9-5 for someone else.

It's definitely hard work in this business but hearing from you would be very encouraging.

Financially set for life is a mogul, Most moguls ie Rick Schwartz etc don’t have time or inclination to post here.

But seriously, people here make a living, a good living, a great living but set for life is a stretch. You’d have to be at this game decades and very good at what you do with lots of capital to spend. I think even the best this a secondary income or side hustle.

Financial freedom? not really, I'm happy with my portfolio? definetly.
Unfortunately it takes a large portfolio with very good domains to make a living out of domaining, I'd say about 350-400 domains worth $1000 each at reseller, it you want to make $5-$10k monthly consistently.

Not yet, I am working on it.

But who knows, I used to live from online hotel bookings for 15 years, but this income is almost down to zero today. It is not easy to predict your future.
