Has anybody created a Efty brandable "marketplace"?

I kind of want to invest in my own marketplace, where I can showcase my brandables, make my own graphic design etc.

Does anybody see success in doing this?

how do you generate traffic to your store?

I use efty for portfolio management, landing pages, analytics, and my portfolio site, although brandables aren't my primary focus.

I have recently done alot of cool things with my efty markeplace including integrating custom promotional videos for many of my featured domains. And a default for all my other domains


I have also chose rather than using the "landing pages", do have the domains all going to my marketplace landing pages. All of the traffic from 1250 domains all go to a page on my marketplace which is branded as nameperfect.com. Let your domains generate your traffic. You have a built in audience of domain buyers if someone is going to your domain to see if it is for sale.

Efty is a great marketplace, pricing is very competitive.

You could also just make your own, which is what I did. I like to have total control of my own server and website so I don't have to worry about someone else's service going down.

Might be because I was a beta tester who ended up buying a lifetime membership. Not sure, I didn't know the emoticon option wasn't available for everyone.
