Has anybody a COMPARISON between SSL-costs between several registrars ?
Or has anybody time to search this out ?

It's important to have httpS and encription.
This should be taken into account when buying domainnames.

Not exactly sure what you're requesting, but I've been using ssls.com for clients and myself for the last several years. Support whenever needed was quick and friendly w/ pricing for the same certs much cheaper than other places.
