What do USA, China, Google, Microsoft, VeriSign & ICANN all have in common? They want to control the internet either in part or whole.

Yes.

However I'm not totally against controlling the internet, IMO in some aspects should be controled more. Spammers and scam sites need to be !@#$%ed.

Sure they all want to "control" the internet (as do many others not listed) but that also leaves a very broad definition of control.

Yikes. As any good dictator will tell you you need police to enforce your control. Especially when you are providing improved "security".

Yeah, there's security, then there's "security". There's necessary control, and then there's "necessary" control.

Anyhow, I receive couple of eBay & bank sproof E-mails from Japan each month, wtf, Japanese authorities should really look into this. Whoever does this should be jailed and banned from internet forever.
