Cant believe im the only person watching this slow moving train wreck?

This is going to end in tears for someone, most likely the Bieber fan kid on Youtube right now.

I'm not visiting any website that belongs to people professing to be hackers. Seriously. I don't want them to find my alter-ego.

These guys have hit another 10 or so sites since I first brought this up including the Senate.gov, they crippled the CIA website last night after blasting a few gaming sites.

I'm sure they think it's fun to mock and do this... but sooner or later you bump into someone with more clout, more wits, or more attitude than you.

I wouldn't worry about getting caught legally as much as I'd worry more about stepping on the toes of some rather violent people with even more violent friends that care less about the law than you do..

Of course, the law will catch up. Governments have a way of "helping" each other if the price is right.

It'll backfire. Always does. Though it would be nice to have the PS3 network back.. assholes.

Yeh would be nice, but at the same time do you not worry how easily they do these things to get our info?

Mine's mostly fake most of the time.

It's why I'm against data centralization and pro-data inefficiencies :) Having had two separate occasions to receive free credit monitoring because of "third party vendors" I don't much trust anyone to do anything. The "cloud" just allows more deferring of responsibility imho.

You know what scares me the most? Stupid people have stupid solutions. One of the solutions to hijackers on planes was to have remote controllable planes!!!

Err..

They took the CIA website down yesterday then leaked 65k passwords from random sites......all in the name of Lulz!

Seriously though these guys are gaining a lot of traction as some form of "next level" wikipedia where you just skip the anonymous source and just hack, take what you want and publish it.

I dont have any websites so it doesn't concern me in that regards but others on here probably dont want to get involved in this thread for that very reason alone.

Mind you as an investor in some tech companies i am keeping an eye on Lulzsec in case they turn their thoughts towards a company I own shares in for obvious reasons.

They just did a media release BTW, http://pastebin.com/HZtH523f

I don't care if they know that I am really rich "DOMAIN KING" with millions of dollars worth of DOMAINS that are totally inaccessible due to the great security of Moniker.

Why would I think they would hack MONIKER? They're not UNETHICAL or anything - total waste of time.

They couldn't get in there anyway - I'm pretty sure ALL my DOmains and the MILLIONS of dollars of worth domains are TOTALLY safe!

Not that I would ever issue a challenge to the LULZSEC.COM group or anything.

//Just kidding, LULZ!

Governments always win. They have the advantage of making up the rules.

the same for me. Thin this is a correct decisions

Governments always win. They have the advantage of making up the rules.

Sometimes they loose. When revolutions are taking place. I mean, the real revolutions, not like those which were sponsored by some actors from outside.

WhiteHat/BlackHat

Unlike chess, "The BlackSec" boys will always have the upper hand, since they make the first move.

People who can make things work better within this rectangle have power over others; the whitehats who charge $10,000 for something we could teach you how to do over the course of a weekend

^^^ from the maxeaus pastebin post

Peace,
Cy
