This is my first attempt to sell a domain. I've identified about 30 endusers for GuardDogRental.com and GuardDogRentals.com.
Could you please give me an appraisal, and do you think I should offer both names together?

I would estimate they are worth about $100/each so maybe $175 for both...

yeah i sold a pair a few days ago, what you do is get them real interested in one of them and tell them you cant split the pair because they are much more valueable together. this helps get a good price
