Please appraise it as it is - just the domain name... what it would be worth as a developed site does not interest me at this point since I am not interested in developing it. Include if possible, any similar sales and prices, future market trends/pridctions or links to anyone who may be interested in such a name.

Mid xx to low xxx. The plus of the domain is that it's very short and a very popular subject among many. The downside is the extension being .in but it's still a great domain name.

I think .IN has potential for a bright future, and English is commonly read/spoken in India, but I'm not sure "gspot" is well known, and it only returns 362 results from Indian pages in Google.
