IMHO Valuation for most businesses is based on gross income of a year or less + assets (depending on a few other variables).

Gross income $30,000 + assets; DOMAINS with a value of anywhere from mid xxx to low xxxxx (good PR!!). So it appears you could be sitting on a 35-50 thousand winfall. Then again, it could go for much higher because you are sitting on some high potential domains.

I have been offered in that neighborhood for gruesome.com alone...
Revenue proof is never a problem.

It is relatively new as horror portals go...so we will see what the future brings.

Seeing as how i love what i am doing..it is really hard to put a price on it..
But when someone names the right price...i will know!

well if the $30k per year is real i would estimate it it at a possible $100k maybe more, but what exactly is the profit margin at the moment?

it's definately a very lucrative collection that you've got. I'd estimate mid to upper 5 figures

Profit marging is very high! (95%)most of the $$ is from advertising
(google,fastclick,etc...)

Some from the old version that used to be a paysite....that backend still exists.

Scarystuff recieves anywhere from 1-150 type ins per day.
Gruseome slightly more.

As the network grows traffic is increasing approximately 20% monthly..
And we are in negotiations with some smaller independent film companies to
do some exclusive advertising....and production...as soon as the name becomes synonymous with online horror/gore it will go through the roof....
We have only begun to really work towards a branded product.

I have recieved an offer via email that is higher that what has been posted here.
If i do decide to sell it....i will be sure to let you guys know.
