Agree with what you say. No one would pay big dollar for these due to the STRONG TM hold.

It's likely that as an owner of many they could file a multiple-domain UDRP too to save on costs.

Disclaimer: I hold one NBA team name but for reasons that have nothing to do with the NBA

I think you an get away with owning the Grizzlies, and the Pistons - no problem as long as you have absolutely no ad's from the NBA and only use them as sites about Grizzly Bears and Pistons as in an engine.

But as for the 76ers...
Bad - Very Bad!

I agree Vito on Grizzlies it sat there for awhile and I thought about for a site on bears. So not parked you could probably keep. The key is to never park these names, even if you set non NBA keyword the ads might still show up on the name.

Well Ray Unfortunately it looks as if hes too late.
I just checked on the Grizzlies.tv page, and Pistons.tv page and he has them as parked pages at GoDaddy with a coupla ad's about basketball.

To the O.P. - a quick word of advice.
Create an account at DevHub, and place a simple page up on a quick free website with one video about each subject, and do not add ANY ad's at all.

That should keep you out of trouble.

So no reseller value as well
