According to SEDO,
greenstrategy.de as a BIN of 3,500 EUR

There are 20 TLDS taken according to expireddomains.net.

So, I can list it in SEDO and Afternic and similar markets and wait if an offer comes, giving that a fair price should be around 850 USD / 1200 USD?

Or since the domain is a .net one, its value is more around 70 / 250 USD?

I'm more interested in the theory at the moment. Just want to learn how to correctly find and price a valuable domain...

High $$$ or low $$$$. Definitely a decent name. Put it on Sedo, Afternic and wait for the right buyer. If it doesn't sell this year, renew.
Futuristic name according to me plus the number of extension taken also indicates potential use cases.
