"Local Phone" has Exact 9900 Global Search Volume...

localphone.com is developed.

Almost all of the major tlds are taken in this keyword.

I know that '-' decreases a lot of value and the current situation of the market is not that good...

I do not agree with the statement above that it is worth the reg. fee if not developed. I am unsure of the value you are looking for but:
The search term is OK, not great. I think a geo specific term followed by phone or phoneNumbers would have greater value.
My best offer if I was buying it ( and I'm not ) would be in the range of 195. - 250.

Thanks, Currently I am looking for a quick sale and I'm looking for offers. I am not expecting a very high amount...I'll accept any offer based on the appraisals posted on this thread...At the moment $500 to $1k figure is in my mind...

local-phone would show up in a search for local phones, not the other way. I still like the sound of local-phones better.
How about that, appraising has led you to a purchase...I always watch what is being said here and look at the variations available when it interest's me.

Germans and Brits don't mind hyphens. Americans despise them in general. And the Google keywords tool is going to return the same results for local-phone as it does for localphone because it's ignoring the hyphen. Also notice that none of the other extensions for local-phone have been purchased.

Best rule of thumb is to just stay away from them except in very rare circumstances.
