Greenhole is a tight, tight, attractive name. I looked at it right away and thought it was a stellar name for anything golf.
It's an interesting brandable name in that it doesn't mention a 'thing' (like golf) directly, but the moment you read it a use yells at you. Nice that there are no trademark probs here.
It's a sleeper; at first glance it might just seem pretty but relatively useless, but on second and third pass you wonder why there isn't already a huge corporation built around the name, it's that tight.
Hard call; you can let it sit around and hope eventually the right people see it and want it; but it might do a lot of good to email the biz-to-biz link on every golf site you can find and let them know the name is for sale. You may not get immediate bites, but if you just get it visible, that goes a long way to landing on the doorstep of someone in the golf biz who goes 'Hmmm... nice.'
Difficult to value. It's like Wintergreen, in a way; two words seemingly thrown together randomly, yet they work well and are built into large corporations, products, etc.
With Greenhole, you may luck out and have something happen fast; but more than likely, it's best to get the name out there, apply some consistent heat for a few months.
Probably right now, you'll get little more than somewhere xx from domainers, maybe low xxx if they really like it.
But to me, this is a name to be very patient with. Extend the reg for a few years and be patient. At least, that's what I'd do, if that means anything
