I only see value in c/r/e/d/e/n/z/a/s (com) as the standalone word, without adding "modern" at the beginning. However, if you've got development ideas or potentially profitable plans, I encourage you to do that. IMO

Thank you! Definitely going to map out developing this one. I know someone who sells commercial credenzas and there are a lot of inquiries on modern credenzas, etc. and it's a very lucrative area for him so I think this is worth building out a bit. Thanks again!
