Equity is the process of ensuring that processes and programs are impartial, fair and provide equal possible outcomes for every individual. Green meaning stuff that is less harmful to the environment...in this case green diversity, equity and inclusion. Very little to do with the environment, but someone may find it quirky or aligned with their cause, being "green" is a positive / innocent word. If value is realised with the right buyer...XXX. Yes, that is the right idea. Diversity equity and inclusion as being an important part of climate change. All a bunch of crap, really. But so be it. I sold wokehire. We'll see what happens with these.
