I think the keyword is quite strong. The domain is generic, so maybe be useful for an online hotel finder based in Greece. If the extension was .net or .gr (better) then it could be nice catch. Still, it's good now, but .org doesn't help so much the situation. If i had this, i would dev it.

No resale value. Can be developed e.g. as a blog, so as to provide sale leads - then would have some value.

I'd say $0.. Three problems. "Greece" should be "Greek", "hotel" should be "hotels" and .org doesn't fit with commercial use.

If you made some quick articles about greek hotels and got some traffic then you could probably flip it, but the domain itself has little to no value imo
