Received many offers on this domain but turned all down. It's just too good to give up.

The plan is to develop a web site brokering business, ala greatdomains.com for domains. I also happen to own GreatSites.net.

What do you think about the dollar value of the name?

I like it. Its even better that you got a pair - greatsites.com and greatsites.net. I figure you could get high $xxx to low $xxxx for the pair, if you're lucky.

Depends whether those offers you got were from resellers or end users. The higher ones were probably from end users. I guess you could get low to mid $xxxx undeveloped, but all the better if you plan to develop it. Good luck.

It could net you about $7k but I would try and go for a 5k and share of the company deal it will usually work out well for you as long as you sell it too a good company.
