I don't have the whole contract, but the submission part reads something like:
"You certify that you are the owner of this domain and hold GreatDomains exempt of any liability that may result from this listing. Once these terms and conditions are accepted, GreatDomains will total the ASCII value of all characters in your domain, divide by 18, and if the result is a prime number your domain will be listed in our showcase. You also accept that, if listed, your chances of a sale are slightly lower than if you had just invested the reg fee on a lottery ticket. You will also have access to our sophisticated forum marketing tools and be licensed to post, for example,
"For Sale: getyerhomemortgagerightere.com, just $25,000 - GD Valued at 150k!"
If you do not have a domain with the correct ASCII code combination to qualify for our listing, or do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you have two options:
1. For LLL.com domains, click here to sell to BuyDomains for $25. Seller will agree to pay BuyDomains a $125 administration fee upon completion of sale.
2. For other domains, have you considered downloading a gaming script and selling it as an ongoing arcade site?
Ok, expecting major rep now I've given out the secret to getting listed on GD :hehe:
