i asked some guy to make me a flash object, it sucked so i would not pay him the original amount. When he showed me the final we agreed on a smaller amount, I never transmitted because I decided to have someone else make the object, so he gave me a bad rating. Im not about to throw good money at bad work.

I just sold worldwii.com for $600 so im sure i can swing the $12.
