Receives 63 unique visits a day with absolutely NO advertising (around 1900 uniques a month)
Definitely has a lot of potential since tax related PPC is very high. My average was $0.90/click. With increasing PR it will receive a lot more traffic that will convert in a very decent profits.
The only reason I am selling the forum is my new high paying and highly stressful full time job that would take most of my time. I just do not have time to administer the forum.
