I think it is pretty much industry standard to post a name as traffic it should be a min 30 UNIQUES a day and you must post stats, without proof it is meaningless IMO

According to that thread, it sounds like they are aware of the situation. There WILL BE adjustments made to the guidelines & rules of these new sections. So if you are thinking that we forgot they need to be tweaked -- we did not.![]()

STATS are not being provided in a lot of threadsThe only forum-specific rules in the traffic section now are that stats must be provided along with an asking price or minimum offer range

With traffic buyers now paying upwards of 5, 6, or more years revenue it woud not be unreasonable to consider a domain with a natural traffic average of 5-10 visitors a day to be desirable a viable PPC generating domain. Especially if its in a high paying category!
I am myself interested in buying traffic names, and am looking at any names that earn more than $10 a year parking revenue. How much daily traffic does that equate to? Not much.

I think you will find that section has improved greatly over the past few days, because Scott swept thru there like a tornado and cleaned the place up, closed threads without stats (etc). He also posted a new rules announcement for traffic domains.niteowl660 said:I know this is an old thread but thought I would say the Traffic forum is looking kind of sad :td: no stats posted, plus you seem to find more domains with stats in the regular For sale forum
