I'm going with mid xxxx , very nice domain, brandable, a word EVERYONE knows (thanks to McDonalds) + dictionary word that makes sense.



10K might be the min. and I would hold out for that price, but resale to me is mid xxxx-high xxxx

My apprasial for Greasy.com is $5000-$10,000. It's a great domain. And I agree with nrmillions that they must want to buy it from you.

I agree with most of the latter responses. Mid to high $x,xxx for wholesale, low $xx,xxx for retail. With the right buyer though, I wouldn't be surprised at mid $xx,xxx and up.
