domain TCU.io - $5,300 Estibot Appraisal...Accurate?

i recently acquired this domain and was wondering what any of you think the true market value of this domain is. It's appraised by Estibot at $5,300. Would that be an accurate estimation?

how to stop paying attention to or buying names based on estibot valuation?

easy: email them and offer your $5,300 domain for $265... thats only 5% of their estimation so they can not be not interested if they believe their appraisal algorithms to be good enough at what they do...
