Graphic designer / needed for banners + few small images ! Paying!

Hi guys,

I am looking to hire someone to make me a few banners for my game, its a war themed game,

i need some skyscraper banners and a few others, these images will be very simple to make if your good at photoshop / flash etc..

if possible, i would like the images to be vector but this isnt a must!!

the format can be flash / gif / jpg etc.....

i would be looking for around 3-5 images at first, then if the designs work out more after that,

for this project i would be looking to pay out $30.

i have only done one deal here before so my trader rating isnt so good, and as such i will pay half upfront, and the other half when the images are complete, i think thats fair?
