Alright, I am selling the site: GTAnext.com (as in the next GTA game) The domain is registered with godaddy.com and expires July 2006. Right now, the domain does not point to the site. But, the site does have a layout with it, so that's why I am selling it here.

Here is the layout.

The template for the layout is a template monster template. Template Monster prohibits reselling or redistributing their templates. That is not what I am doing. I bought one of their templates to make this site and I do not want to make this site anymore because I do not have the time. So, I am selling the whole site, the layout and the domain. Since I am selling the project, not the template, this is perfectly legal.

Well, that is not exactly true. I never actually contacted them about it. But, it states in their Terms of Service that you are allowed to use each template for 1 website project, either for yourself, or for a client. I used it for myself for my website. But, I do not want to continue this website, so I am selling it.
