Need appraisals for this domain.

It is the name of shooting game series by Konami. Gradius I was released in 1985 on NES system

Konami is still developing the new release of Gradius. It is expected to release in the end of this year on PS3 or Wii ( I am not sure about this)

Sounds brandable, like a game site or brand. I would say for game fanatics in high $XXX. Keep it and develop traffic to it and you could possibly sell it for mid $XXXX

IMO, If they are working on a new release, expect a lawsuit. Especially since Gradius is not a dictionary word and is pretty much only referenced to this game. Due to this fact I'd put this domain at mid $xx.

If you owned the name before 1995 you'd be ok, but as is I would expect that they will impose their right to own the name on you. At least check the legal issues forum before moving forward.
