You are getting much more then a domain name.
You are getting the chance to jump into the field of Affiliate marketing as well. The domain name is http://GPSRadars.com It is a PR 1 domain and right now it is used as an affiliate site for selling and reviewing Radar Detectors.
It has been live as a website for about 5 months and while sales have been up and down that is only due to me not able to keep up with it. The new owner will get the site as is (minus the amazon plugin BUT if you have your own you can just ad it and ramp it up).
The domain is a PR 1 and sales total for the 5 months as far as commission goes is about $69.92 and thats for both radar detectors and other items they bought while on Amazon
There are a lot of backlinks then have gone to this domain and was targeting over 30 keywords. I will give you that list as well with teh winner. Right now the keywords on page 1 of Google are:

Everythign else is page 2 and counting. I stop buidling links to it in December.
There is original amazon review articles on the site and its still getting traffic I just again dont have the time to maintain it.
