First, i'm not sure is this the right room or not, so please forgive me if its wrong. Recently i just registered a government owned domain, which their site using hyphenated address. I have 3 questions about it.
1. Should i contact them or just park the domain and wait they contact me.
2. How much price range for it
3. What is the best domain park service that also provide buying option. just in case they dont interested i still can get few dollars from it.
