Maintaining 300 + uniques per day and earnings from parking at Sedo now hitting $100 per month, low PPC but acceptable.

This is my top traffic .co.in but many more with traffic growth significantly increasing month by month. :wave:

Do I hear a "reg fee + + " :hehe:

I love this name and have seen it on Sedo for a while now.
Good traffic due to the confusion with the .gov.in extension for the Indian government most likely.

Based on income alone could be worth $5,000.
Based on the fact that the Indian market is on the up this will only increase in traffic and so I would not sell for less than $20,000 unless you need to. Simply too much income and promise for the future to let it go.

An intuitive name. I'm not surprised that your parked earnings are nice. Nice job in reg'ing this one.

I would set the lowball to 2 year's worth of PPC revenue. My asking price would be in the $5,500 to $7,500 range.

aaa.net.in, aaa.org.in, aaa.ind.in, aaa.firm.in , aaa.gen.in 10 minutes ago!!! I hope some of your .in luck carries over into the other India domains. Goota go park them @ Sedo.

I've started to have a feeling, .co.in are next to .com when it comes to type-ins. I regged iim.co.in and the next day I got 6 clicks ! Now, that's something.

Gov.co.in - I'd say mid-high $xxxx as of now.

I have always had faith in this great continent and I am sure there is some huge business to be had just in the domaining filed alone.

I am continually getting offers on .co.in and have turned them all down at this moment in time (As I said before, the "horses head offer " may change that)

Gov.co.in has already attracted offers low to almost mid $xxxx but with some "buyers" now paying high x year income (one offering 10 years for some names!) this one is a hold - probably :hi:

Jeff : India has millions of Internet users who are used to .co.in domains because of decades old established portals like Yahoo.co.in , Rediff.co.in and many more. Now, if each and every internet users use search engines to find the information on net, there would be no business on parked domains. And typos, type-ins would become stupidity. But as we all are aware here, people directly type intutive site address in address bar and expect to find the relevant information. So, lack of relevant overture results doesn't justify your point/stand.

As far as Gov.co.in is concerened, I believe it's getting all the traffic from natural Subdomain type-ins. For example, if someone is looking to find information about Indian Railways, he'd type in http://indianrails.gov.co.in instead of http://indianrails.gov.in - which imho is very natural.

Perhaps you can share with us some End users (from within India) that you feel could be viable prospects for acquisition of the specific domain name?

i guess wot won't appreciate this topic to go on and on, on his thread. i will drop this topic here. however comparing Ambassador.co.in with 'kutta.co.in' ? just doesn't make any sense in anyways.
