Website is using google coop search. Changing the website to your own adsense requires signing up with google coop and replacing the code in two html files. That's it.
If you have traffic you can't monetize well with your parked domains just forward the traffic to this website and earn more with your own adsense account. If you are sending lots of one type of traffic - say music related - you can put affiliate ads targeting that traffic on the landing page as well.
